I spoke to a Chairman once and he was saying how hard it was for them to buy at certain times. If they know things are happening they can't buy.
I am not sure but maybe it is why they have a prospectus with the placements and share placement plans.
On a different subject I was really happy to see the company is saying that the EFA will consider increasing the $200 million offer of finance for Dubbo.
That could be huge.
If ASM also get a 20% partner for Dubbo and get upfront cash as per the previous failed deal then they only have to pay 80% of the cost. It makes it much more achievable and possibly one big offtake agreement with upfront investment as well could take it across the line.
The first offtake today for the metal plant is an exciting start to ASM getting into cashflow so it is a very happy day for me today.
