The second article
exposes what a really serious problem , now confronts the USA . and they are continue to posture about resolving it , rather than doing it !Surely , ASM can provide part of a meanigful resolution ,. with n=both the development of Tonngi and the expansion of the KMP !
BUT ,,,,actions speak louder than pro=mises of actuions !
