IMHO there is no need for ASM to issue a prospectus as they have neither raised any new capital or offered any shares for sale to the public.
The listing is NOT an IPO but a listing of existing securities. These will be owned by we existing ALK shareholders when they are given to them as special dividend 29th.

Any shares for sale on 30th will be offered by shareholders, or in the case of ineligible shareholders on their behalf by the sales agent.
