Hopefully Van Eck has finalised its rebalance for ASM for Q4.
Van Eck holdings to c.o.b 17th Dec US time as below. Cash balance is above average so perhaps some more adjustments outstanding for the Q4 rebalance.
It seems that we are currently at the mercy of HFT's and short sellers and it will probably take some specific good news to move things forward. When this might occur is anybody's guess.
