cost estimates range from $800m to $1.2b for their REE plant though these figures could be outdated or the plant may have been modified
Iluka & Hastings will be interesting partnership - will probably do well with mineral sands based products from Iluka & high % REE ore inputs from Hastings however...
with construction costs under $100m per metallization plant I still think ASM is in a very good position & it is not unrealistic to expect multiple metallization plants to be operating across the globe at full capacity by 2030 & DZP to be feeding each along with other sources for titanium inputs
