    However the thing you're missing bigger picture is ROW capacity high end magnet manufacture, and if it did emerge sometime this decade replacing current loose China NdFeB exports to US 5ktpa & EU 16ktpa would only take 6/7ktpa NdPr, well within the expansion capacity current ROW producer, particularly as China has NO intention to take its foot off the pedal.
