For those interested here is a summary of the changes in holdings for Van Eck REMX associated with the recent quarterly rebalance. Van Eck has reduced its holding in ASM by 275,761 shares in the rebalance. VE has increased its holdings in only 2 Australian components and reduced holdings in all the other Australian stocks. It would appear VE is still in the process of transferring its Standard Lithium holdings from the CN to US exchanges. It has not yet reduced its holdings in SLI CN and the value of its SLI US holdings appears to match the cash deficit currently showing as at 23rd March. No doubt some accounting shuffles in play.
