I did not attend EGM due to being out of the country...but just got off the dog & bone with a mate who was there....in brief this is what he was able to inform me:
1. No sp earth-shattering news ann. 2. All resolutions passed (significantly, private placement, options to directors, name change) 3. Aggresive growth plan for China and Asia-Pac 4. Testing & compliance issues in China nearing completion
All in all the moving pieces are falling into place..... bigger news will come within the next 2 weeks..(incl. final testing and preliminary order/s)..So for those expecting a vertical climb today/tomorrow then you may be a little dissapointed........but for the long term faithful - exciting times at hand.
