    lets see what the capper does today, they didn't want 7.9c broken yesterday. Hard for short term traders to want to buy in with the heavy capping and small range for profit taking. Some more juicy FA news could go a long way to help fill that gap. I've noticed the URA have not been buying or selling since the raise was announced.
