If those converted options are being sold in market, then let them sell at 9's and make less money, in 9s volume is more and share price will not be hit badly, until and unless if they are not in right mind they sell "at market", though I want this share price to be above 0.2s let share price remains at 9 s until those converted options are out of the way, this is classic game between top 20 and brokers....
