This is a captain obvious statement ( like every other prediction here )

this stock will be played as it has been, and as it should be for the past 12 months until 1. The drill hits the ground in WA (2 to 4 months away. After drilling permit approval ) Or when a JV or investor comes in and or buys out the U.S. portion of this stock. (3 to 6 months )

I hope it re rates . I really do but can't see it happening in the short term.

happy to be wrong though as we are all here for the same thing .
