Honestly didn't see anything SP sensitive about today's announcement. We already know they have an application waiting approval. Seeing BLM on-site is not necessarily good or bad news. Just means there is an application possibly closer to a decision. The amount of previous drilling in the area makes you wonder why they deemed it necessary to go take another look.
SP will move when they actually prove and quantify a resource
Same with The Bull where they think they have something but means very little until they prove it
