The capping is blatantly obvious. The push down to 7.7 was blatantly obvious. Can't expect anything more from the scum in the brokers offices. Money is all they're there for, at any cost. The projects and greater good that can come from what a company is doing is as far away from their minds as any moral direction is also.
But those who are holding strong are going to ride the wave to benefit greatly. Patience, and watch the mega shift transpire.
