lol no, it’s beyond statistically insignificant - someone traded out 99% of their position at 0.1 and the last 100 lots went down at the next tick. An $8 trade on any illiquid penny stock is not an indication of anything. Even the whole trade wasn’t even $1500.
If you want to draw a relevant picture from interest rate impacts you look at the stock indices, bond futures and FX forwards.
FWIW the move is seen reasonably positively because they’re using a big stick, which they are doing because they are confident they will reign in inflation by half within 12 months.
