I agree with all of that except we do not know what our finance terms are so I think it is very dangerous to say the SP is irrelevant because if we raise a portion of the funds with standard dilution to give someone more skin in the game I think the notion of the SP being irrelevant would then be deemed a foolish remark. Fair call?
