I don't really like to bring in the fundamentals into TA, because it clouds your judgement. If you see the chart as it is, that's what should matter.
The main pattern we're looking at is a head and shoulders pattern where the first shoulder has occurred and the share price is currently creating the head.
Here is an example of where a similar chart has occurred. W3 may not be a leading diagonal because it's the 3rd wave, but it's a diagonal of some sort.
