MIRAE AKA GLOBAL X , took an initial holding of about 38million back at the start of the year as part of their ETF minimum complement you can see it on the chart it's the spike to about 20c ish .
They then worked retail over to a floor of 14c ish , since then they have been gradually building a larger position at that 14c floor in conjunction with this shorts have disappeared moving back to a minuscule level because MIRAE IMHO aren't lending them out .
I would not be surprised if MIRAE build a sizeable position of 100 million shares when their done which would be roughly 10% couple this with Chia at 15% that's 25% between the top 2 holders and 1 is institutional (sort of) .
