I took a look at the Global X buying around the 27th of January this year. The magic number was about 40 million shares required for their URA (Uranium ETF) and now they have 51 million which may answer your question posted around the 21st of this month of "Who's Buying?"
I couldn't find an archived copy of their ETF when ASN was originally listed though.
Damm our threads are a fun rabbit hole. Around page 120 of the "General discussion" thread if you want a reference but this close-range trading may very well be from this bigger player.
