data input is from other traders. remember TA principles are the same so if a chartest sees a stock as bullish then so will thousands of others, they all take a punt and it rises,once they all draw a similar resistance line most will sell and guess what the SP falls..This is why TA works, its as simple as that.
FA works the same a good announcement people buy, bad one people dump..This one the market doesn't care now about all the boxs being ticked, it wants a signed partner..
