Bollinger Bands fighting up +MACD getting ready to cross over.
Another poster noted the DLE presentation timeline slide could look like we are ready to move into MOU with offtake partners. This could be an initial step before going binding once qualification period has been completed onsite.
I'm sure plenty of holders would welcome any news on the offtake side even if it is just an MOU, it has been teased by the company for long enough lol
