Its a trade though where there is a buyer and seller. In your theory the broker would be the buyer at 10.25 and the seller at 10.25c or above. The same would apply if a broker was the buyer or any johnny come lately, they had ample opportunity to buy under 10.25c.

I tend not to look at Market Depth because it is often stacked, manipulated etc...
I don't know much about this getting shares back from the URA but this is charting thread. The chart is what we analyse, none of the external possible scenarios. Also people are going to be buying at prices lower or higher, whether they be a trader or investor, that's the market.
