All good mate. Generally a company will announce to market the news before is publicly announced via other platforms. Especially if it price sensitive as this obviously is.

It should have become public knowledge through a company announcement. Not through a good poster doing some solid research, I hope you get my drift and this has really fricked me off. Not you, just the situation it’s left us in.
this is clearly a market sensitive piece of information and the company neglected to make an announcement. Up 19% today on obvious news with no official announcement?
