Point 1,

ASN needs to raise US$500 million, 300 million will be from a loan or DOE (maybe in 1 year if DOE are involved with their 75 points they go through) for the first plant

Point 2,

How do we sign up offtakes if we don't know how we will get the money for the first plant, leading to a chicken and egg situation (Nevada miners I have shares in say to me, get the strategic buyer first, US loans, then get offtakes after)

If I was Ford and said sure, I will offtake, but I want bulk samples to test and know Sunresin tech meets our needs, where do I get those???

Point 4

A strategic off taker is the only reasonable way to see a sustained SP increase, and that involves dilution, or do we just hope that some time in the future a rising lithium price will somehow lift our SP deep from the depths of the Lassonde curve, before ASN bites the bullet and signs at a higher price???

Point 5, throw all your fantasies about GR away until we get the money for the first plant.
