I agree completely strazza... I have made this mistake many times, ie assuming that the general population understands the English language. I did not highlight "set aside" to have it misconstrued, because as you indicated, set aside does not mean cancelled or withdrawn.... it has a clear meaning. Apologies but I did think the meaning was obvious

I will point out, as I have many times now, for me the issue is not the BLM Decision, it is the company's (lack of) communication about it - NIL.

Might I also add that there are many times where I do not understand a particular word or phrase. Generally, through my own research, it doesn't take me long to learn what that word or phrase means. It's not hard.
