yah agreed, i always said id take a delay if it was solely to do with DoE funding, it would mean a loan with a much longer repayment, say 10 years as opposed to 2 years meaning ASN would be in profit from the beginning and that money can start to be used to progress phase 2 all the while in the background GRL gives though the same process
ASN has all the tools it needs to become a monster, just requires careful hands to turn the dream into reality
