That’s the optimum yes, at very least you want a low stddev because it will influence JORC AOI and is a big part of project viability.
”Low” being relative to mean, in this case it’s like 50% which is large.
Of course, 3 samples isn’t really significant in any case so not sure why they’d publish it.
