It's frustrating , I hear you @jnene , its way too long now , all I can say is they know "apparently" and are moving to rectify the communication .
I've been made aware that this will be soon but when I can't say , before the end of the month would be good but I'm not holding my breath .
FYI IMHO it's now a matter of trust what's going on .
