Let me make this clear , the projects and resources are what keep me here certainly NOT "Legacy Management" .
I think Management Staff not Project Staff are stale and lacking ideas and slaves to their "feelings" unable to delineate their roles as Managers from their Personas as Shareholders .
ASN IMHO desperately needs an "unfinancially biased" CEO to steer the ship someone to make the "right" unbiased administrative decisions that need to be made someone to keep the board at bay , create achievable strategies deliver on KPIs and keep investors engaged .
Currently $1 million plus incentives for a CEO is a very good base and would bring an exceptional candidate to the role .
Ask yourself do you really think your getting that level atm ?
I understand we shouldn't live in the past "you got to do what you got to do to get somewhere" but that was then and this is now and currently it's no where near up to scratch !
