The Cone of Silence must be in place for a reason, either they don't have the answers or are keeping everything under wrap, who knows.
Maybe just paying the price for being a one man show for so long and building blocks that we had expected to have been in place are still very much a work in progress.
To my suspicious mind it feels like they're afraid to answer the phone
As you say, their comms and general investor relations are putrid.
