We don't really know , but , the assumption is that SUWAs objections are tabled with the BLM not A1 Lithium and therefore it is "technically" the BLMs problem .
It's a very detached way of looking at it but technically correct therefore there are no disclosure obligations and in terms of the optics there are arguments both ways .
Personally I'm NOT a fan but I do agree with others that the BLM were accused of not following the process rigidly enough relating to 3 separate issues and ironically following the process now can only result in A1 Lithiums drill campaign being approved so like the others I think it's merely a formality.
