I think this is why the sale price of the royalty was $10million in tranches because Atherton believe it's 2% of a JV capex and the tranches with milestones are for Trident to protect them if it doesn't happen . It appears to me that some of the logic for all parties is coming into focus ASN are the last to the party it seems !
