So tell me why ? , perhaps mbc with your commercial acumen- why doesn’t/ can’t ASN just sell all the assets/ leases that refer to these royalties from A1 to A2 for a nominal sum of say $1 million, pay the 2% transfer fee and be done with the royalties payments
I’m so not concerned about the royalties- if anything I see it as a positive- beot will ENSURE imo ASN gets into production
I suppose after writing this- A1 would be better placed to embrace the situation than ruffle the feathers
