Atherton brought the original 89 mining claims controlled by Voyageur to Bruce Richardson in 2016. He also helped both parties developed the JV agreement. If you go to Voyageur’s quarterly SEDAR latest report they still claim ASN has not fulfilled their portion of the JV deal. Today, they issued a status report which contains the following “Voyageur holds interests in a high grade iodine, lithium and bromine project situated in Utah…”
Potentially a messy situation which needs fixing.
