Compass minerals seem to be in some trouble with the Utah state government over water rights, I'm so glad BR took water rights has a first move in this chess game of mining (if you can call it mining lol!)
I can't link the article but if you do some googling for yourselves it easy to find, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HOW SERIOUS GETTING THE WATER RIGHTS WAS!!!
