It has been creating the start of the uptrend over the last 3 weeks. It's not range trading, that range was busted when it went to 16.5c. Before that, it was merely range trading to end the downtrend.
Charts, you need a mix of historical information and current. A stale daily chart doesn't cut it. It's run it's course when the chart went to 14c. Now you're predicting the share price could go to 10c with no accompanying TA. Show us something current, backed by historical if you like.
