My concern TT is this, we were first kids on the block with dle process and were to be one of the first major producers in USA. Now it seems big petroleum have a sniff and are looking at doing the same thing and tell me if I am wrong but they seem to be fast tracking while we are held up by Blm approval. They are a government department and must have certain time frames for processing and making decisions. Considering that we already originally had permission. This factor alone does not seem right, I am and ex gold miner in Australia and know the process involved in getting a mining venture approved. My question to you as you seem in the know has this been addressed by the company to the BLM, what is there maximum time frame to make a decision after all submissions are considered?
