US sets a cap of 25% Chinese ownership , this IMO gives the solid green light to Sunresin tech being used on US soil.
ASN signing a long-term license to the tech rights creates no ownership by Sunresin, just a commercial transaction agreement.
This will add pressure on USA to source critical
metals and all supply chain components from outside China.
ASN has 100% ownership of all its assets.
