ASN is caught between a rock and a hard place here , they're trying to build relationships with the locals both in GR and Moab as well as at state level , legal action against anyone would be counterproductive IMHO .
Anson are wanting to be a permanent fixture on the Utah landscape regardless of how small they may be so it's all about hearts and minds for them .
For me all this Greenie BS will be fought by locals including Utah state as they are the ones who have the most to lose and REMEMBER Utah is not some mainstream LIBERAL stronghold they don't take kindly to outsiders even US outsiders spoiling the party , recent "stop oil" protesters were run over by Nevada Sheriff's and then arrested Utahs neighbour so for me there's no surprise that ASNs obstacles are mainly in poor quality news media and as long as it stays that way and the "Liberal nutters" can vent and are kept at bay and not provoked moving this to mainstream media it all bides well for ASN .
