I know an ‘end of year rally’ is often touted in the press, but perhaps it isn’t so widely known that countries such as the U.S., Japan, Germany, even China, have financial years that run from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st.
So in other words, it’s their tax loss selling season, no? Can’t imagine many thinking EOFY on ASX in June that we’d expect a rally in small caps that are down over the year…
So, if you’re following what I’m getting at…. I’m thinking the selling is done.
Looking forward to the new year, some news, a rally of sold down stocks, and a ton of SP appreciation for ASN.
