because options like this are so commonplace and normal that even asking "what do holders think" is a probing question like we don't understand the significance.. there is no significance to this, 22.5c is a decent conversion price, its not a sign that ASN think that will be as high as they can go SP wise in 3 years like you're attempting to infer, 7.5m shares is a drop in the ocean compared to SOI, it would be 1.7m AUD for ASN accounts, they are given to an investment group who will pay a premium vs buying them today while minimizing risk by letting things play out risk free for 3 years, if ASN succeed and the SP is high then long state buy in at nearly twice the price today, if ASN fail then long state lose nothing, what more is there to say?
