Just to add to your point about the different subsidiaries that ASN uses for their USA projects. It's quite a common practice, especially in America where a company can be sued or dragged into court for almost nothing. By separating the various projects into other companies allows ASN to not get tied up.
It's not far off a standard franchising model where you have the parent company which only holds the IP, then a holding company which manages the franchises, then the franchises itself etc.
Regardless, I added another 100k yesterday at 10c and will continue to get close to 1million shares if it stays at these levels for much longer.
