No, not quite correct, they have term sheets they are addressing at the moment, who knows who it is, Kermit thinks it might be Panasonic, just idle speculation.
We will only know when it's announced from the company, and it might be soon, or not
I'm more interested in the NPS/Suwa issue as these are real roadblocks
