On contrary I believe he's way to busy atm there's so much going on - not sure if you caught Bruce's address to the Utah State Legislature but he presented exceptionally well and had a profound impact on the audience the politicians and administrators as well as the local communities I would even venture to say that he was easily the most engaging speaker on the night at the end of the night accepting additional invites to talk further about all things ASN .

As for your 2 questions :

1) the steps are known and it is a US project there are no timelines only goal achievements the sooner you and others understand this the better it will be for you .

2)FEED as stated is a goal they are working on it is a US Project that means timelines are useless only goal setting and achieving if this is not for you then you know what to do .
