    Yes it's a clay deposit .

    And yes to extract it they will use a type of DLE .

    This CLAY DLE by the way is unproven at scale.

    Very risky gamble by the US GOV via the DOE to loan out $2.5 billion Anson only require $280 Million USD in a DOE loan a the tech is commercially proven ............

    I wouldn't want to be Jigar Shah if the tech fails .......... LOL TT
