Can someone please explain the URA thing to me. My understanding is they need to hold a certain % until there’s a rebalance, so any additional buy is due to the entire URA fund growing. I didn’t think those ETF’s had the freedom to just increase/decrease certain stocks (as a percentage of total fund) on a day to day basis.
