Someone has been selling off stock as of late, and I say this because it makes no sense that the share price has not been able to hold 11 cents with all the URA ETF buying and new holders joining the registry.
This large seller at 10 cents could be the last of the selling from who I suspect has been a long term holder, there are a few that come to mind like the holders that got shares for the Bull project, so a top 20 to see what is going on may explain the selling, unless it is just one of the brokers who are holding shares for investors in a attempt to push the share price down one more time before the rerate.
Not phased by all this as I suspect the buyer will be 12 cents by the end of the week, with 20 22 cents coming quickly after that.
