It has been going on for quite a while with ASN, it is brokers who are holding and buying shares for the URA ETF.
They sell small amounts at a particular price then buy larger amounts at the same price or lower.
It seems that they are not happy that they will have to pay 10.5 cents to 12 cents plus soon.
