The small seller is getting more desperate, gone from selling around $150.00 worth at a time yesterday to selling $2 worth to $50 worth at a time, I guess they don't want to lose to many more shares now in keeping the price down.
A small fall in the URA ETF holding yesterday, so it is quite clear that it was them who was selling small amounts yesterday and I suspect again today, current holding down to 60,845,355 from 60,966,175
