nope 4.82 as you need to minus the starting EBITDA as it's a multiple of so if you decide the EBITDA BY THE EV it tells you how many times the EBITDA is divisible by but then you have the actual still present so it 5.82 - 1 = 4:82 ....... thanks for keeping me in my toes ...... Cheers TT
