    The market isn't stupid, they do know about it and the risks.

    I'd prob rework your numbers based on twice the SOI, just a friendly hint, DOE grants need to be matched, and a 30% deposit for a DOE CAPEX loan is also another 1 bill shares at twice this price. So, your caveat of no more shares issues is not realistic

    Also, a strategic buyer also gets a shit load of shares
